Sweet Treats in the Mail

I have a quick post for you all today. I thought I would give you a look at what the kids and I are sending to our favorite aunt/sister-in-law Amber,(well future aunt/sister-in-law- hint, hint Butch ;) ) for Valentine's Day.

We are sending her a mail box filled with yummy chocolates. Take a look

This cute little mail box is shaped like an UPS postal box. Look at all the chocolate this little box holds

I also wanted to let you all know I have scheduled my next copics class. The class will be held on March 5, 2010. The fee for the class is $40.00 for first timers and $36.00 for those who have taken my class before. The price difference is because the new comers will need an additional marker. The break down is $10.00 for class supplies to make cards or project and $26.00 or $30.00 for your copics that are yours to keep and to use to complete your artwork. In this class we will be focusing on hair coloring. If anyone would like more information, shoot me an email,

Thanks for looking,

The New Year

Happy New Year to everyone. I know it has been forever since I have posted but I have been super super busy. With the new year came an awsome business opportunity for me. A garden shop in Florida wants to carry my designs. With that being said I have been up to my elbows creating things for this shop. I have my first package ready to be shipped. Below are some pictures of the things I packaged up.

This cute little garden scene is a tote that includes 8 notecards and 8 envelopes. Is it not adorable? Here's a picture with the notecards.

This next picture is a watering can that holds a mini flower pot growing kit.

The view from the top.

I also wanted to share some pictures of the coloring class I held last weekend. I have already had request for another class. At this class I taught skin tones. Three cards and one project was made. The class fee included the purchase of the copic markers to be able to reproduce the skin tones. This cute little lantern found at Michaels in the $ section was the project.

Here are some pictures of the completed cards.

Thank you for looking and I hope you enjoyed the pictures.

Getting Ready For The Holidays

Well I hope everyone had a nice Halloween. My kids sure did. Although, I am happy to say, they are not die hard Halloweeners. To Reece it is all about the costume. As long as she gets to dress up, she is good to go. Nick, he really doesn't care about the dressing up, to him, it is about the candy. They do about a street and then they are done. We were done trick or treating by 8:00. They didn't start until 7:00. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Well now that that is over with, I really need to buckle down for the next holidays. I have been working on things for a market fair at my son's school in December. So I should have some exciting new pictures to post in the upcoming days/months. This month is also Reece's birthday. I am so excited to say that this year she finally has enough friends (real friends) to have a birthday party. For those of you who don't know me, or my family, Reece has Autism. Plus, a whole lot of other health problems. But over the past year she has been blessed to make some real friends her age. These are an amazing group of young ladies who have taken Reece as is and love and except her. Not only that, the parents of these girls are also equally amazing. I am definately adding this blessing to my things to be thankful for at Thanksgiving.

Well enough for now, like I said, hopefully I will get some pictures posted soon.
